You're search for a 5th Gen Nano Cover/Case should end here.. Oct 27, 2009
By R. Perez

Just purchased this item and I must say it's everything I was looking for in a case/cover for my 5th Gen Nano. Securely protects Nano without interfering with all of the controls. Not bulky, armband included, perfect for the gym. A must have!!!

Great armband for Nano/Nike+ Dec 14, 2009
By A. Kershaw This is the perfect arm bad for the Nano/Nike+. I can remove the rubber case from the arm bad to use when I am not running. The band is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I barely notice it when running! Also, the Nike+ sensor fits on the case.
Minus one star - my only complaint is no screen guard. Because of that I won't use this in the rain. If you live in a part of the country where it rains often (I'm in dry San Francisco), you should look into a waterproof arm band. Unless you only run in the gym! But in the mean time, this works for me.
Also, product arrived on time, sooner than expected even.

Superior Customer Service Nov 17, 2009
By Great-Chef-to-be The armband is, of course, very reliable. It does not loosen when I work out. What I want to note is the purchasing this was a best customer service experience I had in years. I have 5th generation iPod nano, but purchased the silicone skin for the 4th generation. Grandwood kindly emailed me, informing that they would replace the silicone skin that fits the 5th generation free of charge. They processed the replacement in two business days (I contacted on Thursday and received the item on Monday) and they let me keep the silicone skin for the 4th generation, even though it was my fault that I purchased the wrong one.

magic band Nov 12, 2009

After buying the shoe pouch I couldn't wait for the 5th generation tuneband to be released.... and when it arrived it did not disappoint. My new nano is held firmly in place , the band is comfortable and moves naturally when I exercise (doesn't pull nor pinch my arm). A MUST have when using the Nikeplus to track your runs

Excellent Product & Customer Service Feb 22, 2010
By James Kirkson

I purchased this product and gave up on the screen protector very quickly mainly because I followed the directions loosely (I always do!). The silicone skin protector fits the Nano very well and protects it from the elements. I left customer service my feedback about the product and figured that was the end of it. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a couple of emails from customer service to follow up on my experience and offered to replace the product. Since I only had an issue with the screen protector, I declined the offer. To my surprise, within a few days I got a package in the mail containing a couple of screen protectors and an email describing where I went wrong. I followed the directions more closely this time and the screen protector worked just fine. At first, it was hard to believe the screen protector was sandwiched between two outer layers, but after removing the first outer layer and lining up the screen protector with the screen, it became obvious that that was the case. I bought many things in the past and dealt with many customer service representatives, but none came close to such level of dedication and professionalism.
A description of how to correctly apply the screen protector follows.
1. MAKE sure the screen is as CLEAN as possible. Use the cloth to CLEAN it and keep all dust and particles away.
2. The screen protector is a sandwich of THREE clear layers. A tab will mark the first layer. Slowly pull on the tab to lift the clear plastic layer #1. The tab pulls up a clear layer, exposing the sticky layer that will be placed on the screen.
3. Go slowly applying it. Line it up well and if you get a few small bubbles, don't panic. They can be pressed out and can even dissipate over time.
4. Once applied, pull off the top mask (clear plastic layer, marked with the tab #2). Pull up the tab WITH the clear plastic layer (the tabs mark the clear plastic masks/layers that protect the screen protector. Pull up the tab with the clear layer).
