I purchased this product so I could use the Nike+ kit with my New Balance running shoes. The shoe pouch fully encloses the sensor and attaches very securely. I have 100% confidence in the product. The arm band and protective skin is high quality, holds my Nano securely, provides full access to the click wheel, headphone jack, docking port, and hold button. The design of the armband keeps the ipod away from my skin, so I don't worry about it getting sweaty. The (optional) screen protectors it came with seem sturdy and functional. It adhered completely without bubbling, doesn't make the display difficult to read, doesn't make the click wheel difficult to operate, and completely protects the front of my ipod. It came with a few of the protectors so when it gets all scratched up I can easily take it off and replace it. The band itself is slim, comfortable, and fully adjustable. I am a woman with a fairly small build and I wear it on my forearm with no problem, whereas some other products don't adjust small enough. Excellent product, unbeatable price.

Excellent Combo! I needed both and armband and shoe pouch Apr 18, 2008

I needed both an armband and shoe pouch. This combo is exactly what i needed. The skin is strudy and high quality and perfect protection. No problems accessing the hold switch, the click wheel. The nike+ receiver fits right in. The armband is totally comfortable. The Shoe Pouch is the added bonus and works like a charm. You get a simple screen protector you cut out to your liking, easy as that. Love the whole package. This is an awesome combo at an awesome price.

Have been using this combination armband and shoe pouch for a few weeks now, and couldn't be happier. First, the shoe pouch holds the Nike+ sensor in place firmly, and allows me to get accurate readings. I had tried a different pouch previously, and that one allowed too much sensor movement, leading to wildly erratic readings. With the Tuneband shoe pouch I'm consistently getting readings within 1% accuracy, which I consider excellent.
The armband and silicone protector hold my Nano in place firmly while exercising. There's no slipping of the band or loosening of the velcro, even when I'm sweating heavily. The silicone skin is a great case on its own when not using the armband. The best part is that access to and control of the scroll wheel is very easy. I previously had a more expensive Belkin armband which had such a thick cover over the scroll wheel that it was basically unusable. Plus, the band didn't convert to a stand alone case. For less than the the cost of just the typical sports armband that can be purchased in stores, this Grantwood combo gives you two excellent products that work exactly as they are supposed to

I am happy with this product. I didn't want to get anything too fancy b/c I just don't have the money to spend. I simply wanted something that would do the job, and not damage my ipod. (I read a lot of reviews for other products that complained about sweat getting into & damaging their ipod.) I have small arms, so armband fit wasn't an issue. And Nike shoes just don't fit me well, so this is a great way to have the benefits of Nike+ while continuing to use your preferred brand of shoes. Overall, I am happy with this product.
