You're actually getting 3 products here- a shoe pouch to hold the Nike+ transmitter, an armband to hold your Ipod (with or without your Nike+ plugged in), and also a screen protector for your Ipod.
Pros- Seller was awesome helping me confirm I was ordering the correct item to fit my generation of Ipod Nano. This was the hardest part for me. The shoe pouch is laced into your shoes & then velcros closed & seems very secure so I don't worry I'll lose the transmitter with this at all. The armband doesn't bother me when I run but it might for some that are sensitive to it. It's very adjustable for different arm sizes (my arms are small & it works great). I like that the Ipod holder is made from a smooth silicone material & is easy to plug in my my Nike + into the Ipod. Easy to take the armband off & on. Also comes with a screen protector for the Ipod. Comes with great instructions that are easy to follow to adjust armband, put on screen protector, & lace up shoe pouch. I have not had any problems with my Nike+ finding/reading my transmitter in my shoe or the accuracy but I'm not someone that takes my distance too seriously. (You do need to calibrate your Nike+ (instructions on Nike website) to make it more accurate.) Works fine for my weekly 5k runs!
Cons- The pouch has to be laced into the shoe which is somewhat time consuming so not good if you want to quickly remove the shoe pouch or wear your running shoes without the pouch on it a lot. (It is easy to remove the transmitter chip inside however- since it just velcros closed.) Also the pouch is not water-proof. As for the Ipod holder on the armband- the silicone Ipod holder part seems like it could tear easily if you are not careful inserting & removing your Ipod. Includes instructions that explains how to avoid that. (I wouldn't recommend this product if you won't be keeping your Ipod in the silicone skin most the time for that reason.) The screen protector was not really exciting for me but I guess it's a nice added bonus.
Overall these are great quality products for the price & I don't run without them!

Subject says it all. Very happy with the product and shipping speed. The company was also great in terms of sending me emails and triple checking my order accuracy before processing. There are a lot of ipod models now, and it showed that they really wanted to get the order right the first time. I appreciate that kind of commitment.

Good, well-made product. Securely holds my Nano on my arm and the Nike+ sensor on my shoe.
The seller was terrific. I inadvertently ordered the skin for the 1st/2nd generation Nano instead of the 4th. Apparently it's a fairly common mistake, because they verified with me before shipping and caught the error before it left the warehouse. So I got the right item, right on time.
When using the shoe pouch, be sure to calibrate the Nike+ sensor before using, or the distances it records may not be accurate. Mine was off by as much at 10% before I calibrated. From what I've read, that's because the sensor isn't totally flat when it's attached to your laces. Calibrating the sensor solved the issue, though.

This is just an amazing armband. The bottom is open so you won't have to take it out to charge it or upload songs. Plus, If you use Nike Plus (Like I do) the receiver will fit in the armband. The armband is also very durable and can fit any arm size (there's a lot of Velcro) I've really enjoyed this product.
